Roshawn Banks is a private attorney licensed in the state of Florida since 1998 and before the US Supreme Court since 2004. She currently runs The All Law Center, PA and is an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law School. Attorney Banks specializes in bankruptcy, foreclosure defense and still maintains her love of criminal defense. She is a current member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida.
Before opening her private practice in 2005, Attorney Banks represented Broward County as an Assistant County Attorney and prior to that was a member of the Public Defender's office in both Broward and Brevard counties. Attorney Banks has also served Broward as a Special Magistrate for the Value Adjustment Board, having heard and decided disputes between the Property Appraiser’s Office and property owners.
Attorney Banks earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Florida and Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Florida State University. She has enjoyed the “social work” of law throughout her legal career. Roshawn Banks is a past Chair of Legal Aid Services of Broward County and was an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Broward County Bar Association. Attorney Banks served our Country in the U.S. Navy and served on the Florida Bar's Criminal Procedure Rules Committee. She has participated in events for minorities, school children, women, teenagers, seniors, immigrants, the poor and the wealthy.
